Data Deletion Request

You can ask Moedo to delete the personal data we hold about you at any time. This page explains how.
Option 1 — In the app
Signed-in users can disconnect any linked Facebook, Instagram, Threads or WhatsApp account, and delete the related records, directly from the relevant app’s settings. Disconnecting an account immediately revokes and removes its stored access token.
Option 2 — By email
Email privacy@moedo.ae with the subject line "Data Deletion" and tell us which account(s) or data you want removed. We will verify the request, delete the data, and email you a confirmation within 30 days.
What we delete
- Stored access tokens for your connected accounts.
- Content and engagement data (posts, comments, messages and metrics) we hold on your behalf.
- Your profile and account data,
except where we are required to retain certain records to comply with a legal obligation.
Revoking access on Meta
You can also remove Moedo’s access from the platform side at any time: on Facebook, go to Settings & Privacy → Settings → Business Integrations and remove Moedo; on Instagram, remove the connection under Apps and Websites.
